Driver went to reception instead of inwards goods. When he was told to go to inwards goods and shown how to get there he told the receptionist he was new (lie) and English no good, he then walked back to his van and drove off with the package. Now a redelivery will take at least 48 hours. Absolutely shocking as we are a central city location with a dedicated inwards goods area. Every other courier company manages to get to the right area. Lost parcels that have supposedly been “delivered” twice through this company, turns out they delivered it to the wrong address. Judging by the other reviews on this company, this is quite a common issue, among other things as well.
