I contacted them a full day late, fully expecting to be charged for the no-show. Instead, they were completely understanding and didn’t charge me at all. That kind of grace over what was entirely my own mix-up says a lot about how they treat people. The room was spacious, clean, warm and the beds were very comfortable! The kitchenette was well stocked and there was ample on site parking.
