Classic motel, good location, room clean and tidy. But what makes the real difference is the outstanding service. All the staff are kind, friendly and helpful. They also offer a shuttle service at very reasonable prices: I recommend to use it! I didn’t and I was ripped off by a greedy taxi driver: 40AUD from the airport to the motel!!! A special mention for the impeccable service to Nathaniel. I’ll definitely return when back to Christchurch. After a whole month later, I received a message today asking me to cancel the booking because it is no longer available. I still have plenty of time to book elsewhere, at a higher rate though. It didn't bother me much but when I asked for a reason, was it flooded or overbooked, I wanted to know, there was never an answer.
