Asked for an exchange item cause the muffins we bought had a factory defect in packing, and was tiped all over the ground outside as soon we went out. My wife approached her in a nice way ,she told the operator what happened but she insisted that the item was okay and there was no deffect at all with the product, and assumes that we are lying. So if you have CCTV outside your premises you can check it and prove that we are telling the truth.
