My absolute favourite was the porcini mushroom, sage and white chocolate dessert. It was truly delicious. My second favourite was the smoked creamed corn, lime pickle and curry oil. It was the first time I’ve truly experienced eating an elevated home-style classic dish. It felt familiar, yet this version blew any family recipe out of the park (sorry grandma).
