However, on the 28th July I purchased 2 pairs of longjohns on a 2 for 1 deal but they only had 1 pr in stock. The assistant said they would email me when the second pr arrived. I waited for at least a week and called the store. The assistant said they could not find my order and I had to call customer support. The guy said he couldn’t find the order and I needed to supply a photo of the receipt, which I did. He said their forensics team would investigate.
