It was so good that I had to ask for recipe and they actually told me how to make it. The special prawn bao was good I am not a huge bao person but I am glad I ordered it, may have to change my thoughts on bao.. That was a mistake. The soup dumplings casements were rubbery and and the meat and soup inside fairly tasteless. The other dim sum we ordered were equally as bland and rubbery in texture. The deep fried wontons had a flavoursome sauce and the meat was nice but the overall effect lacked the finesse of a really good quality offering.
