I already own one Ruby dress and was excited to treat myself for my 21st birthday. Unfortunately, the service I received was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I went yesterday/monday and when I arrived at the store, there were two staff members chatting about their weekend and they seemed uninterested in helping me. I knew exactly which two dresses I wanted to try, but when I asked for a size, one of the girls sighed before reluctantly going to get it. Once I was in the fitting room, the dre, Neve Meates, a year ago > Worst service I’ve had in a long time. I ordered a dress in-store after being told units were available in another store and it would be sent out immediately. A week later, nothing. When I followed up, I was told it was actually on pre-sale until October — never mentioned in-store about pre-sale, even though staff knew I needed it for an October wedding. It feels like my order wasn’t handled properly, and instead of being upfront I was just pushed onto pre-sale without being told. I’ll never shop here again.
