Google lists: delivery. > I’ve visited this store only once, and unfortunately left extremely disappointed, the only complaint I have is with the staff member Ali, I couldn’t believe the interaction I had from a customers point of view, I got the feeling he was very disinterested in my business, didn’t want to greet me in a friendly manner, explained my options very poorly and when I decided to refuse offers and leave, was visibly annoyed like I’ve wasted his time. Any future customers I would recommend to see someone different. In response to sparks message, negative I will never return to your store., Hamiora, 2 months ago > The issue was ultimately resolved, but the customer service experience was disappointing. The staff member, Ali Mughal, came across as rude and dismissive, even rolling his eyes at one point and repeatedly ignoring us when we tried to ask questions or explain our concerns. His tone was condescending and made us feel as though we weren’t being taken seriously. When his manager stepped in, the interaction didn’t improve. It would also help if processes and policies were applied more consistently, as they seem to change with each visit., lyg189, 6 months ago > 5-STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Huge shoutout to Chiggy at Spark!
