The staff member I spoke to was really dismissive and rude, just said “can’t do that” in a tone like they didn’t care at all. I understand mistakes happen and maybe cancellations aren’t always possible, but the way it was handled was pretty poor. Stood waiting for 2 mins and then elderly guy says sorry we are closed… and that the last 10 mins they don’t serve anyone. Even though when I arrived it was 9:49pm? So he was being lazy. Maybe change your hours to close at 9:50pm and people wont show up.
