**What counts as a correction here?**

A fact a page asserted that turned out wrong, a date, a name, a boundary, a number. A source refreshing underneath a page is the record updating itself, not a correction.

**Are the mistakes kept visible?**

Yes, every entry shows what the page said, what it says now, and who caught it, including the desk itself. Nothing is quietly replaced.

**How many corrections are on file?**

None yet, the log is public and the door is open.
