The register keeps no listed place within 300m of it. **Is the pin on the map exact?** It’s OpenStreetMap’s position, a surveyed-looking point, but a volunteer map’s one. Nearby ground and register places are neighbours, not the same record. --- The position and the tags are OpenStreetMap’s, a named node or way tagged memorial or artwork inside the city boundary (ODbL). Maker, material and date fields are the mapper’s own, kept verbatim; a listing is a lead, not a catalogue record.
