## Questions, answered briefly

**What is Seeds of Life?**

A mural in the open map’s record of Christchurch, standing in [Sydenham](https://www.chch.live/sydenham). The map credits Frankie Bakker.

**Where does Seeds of Life stand?**

In Sydenham, the pin is the map’s own position. The register keeps 1 place within 300m of it.

**Is the pin on the map exact?**

It’s OpenStreetMap’s position, a surveyed-looking point, but a volunteer map’s one. Nearby ground and register places are neighbours, not the same record.

---
The position and the tags are OpenStreetMap’s, a named node, way or relation tagged memorial or artwork inside the city boundary (ODbL). Maker, material and date fields are the mapper’s own, kept verbatim; a listing is a lead, not a catalogue record.
