> Private fencing is over the footpath and berm on Oram Ave and also Hood Street, Marine Pde. Is on public land, blocks footpath, is a hazard to pedestrians. I have reported this previously and nothing has been done. Please get owners of large empty land to put fences on their land not footpath or berm.
