> Hello As you can see from the photo how the bark chips blow into the gutter plus the cars parking on it. I think it would be far better in grass and trees planted in it. One at each end would help stop parking on it plus a fine or two. I cut the grass if it gets to long to help keep this part of street. I look forward to your reply Frank King
