> there is cars parked on Winters Road and also on Fraser St (just off Cranford St intersection) every day parked the wrong direction. this is really dangerous as its outside Papanui Primary school and at a very busy intersection (Cranford/Fraser). the same 3 or 4 cars do this daily for months.
