> This hedge is again encroaching on the pathway. Previously you have dealt with it and said it will be gradually cut back over the months. That was last year in spring. Soon it will be winter and we will be walking and running on the wet muddy grass again. Please can you have it cut back so that people can walk past? Many thanks
