> Hi We live at 75 Scruttons Rd, Heathcote, ChCh & on Saturday my husband had to turn our water supply at the gate off, so he could fix a leaking outdoor tap & he noticed it was leaking. We are not sure if this is a council problem or if we should get a plumber? Thank you Christine Hope
