> Hi there We have a problem with our Toby box at 1 signal hill road if you could please pass onto the water department thanks? The gate value in Toby box is not shutting off completely and is positioned right to the edge of the box meaning you can't get your hand around it fully. If needs fixing so we can turn the water off completely please. Thanks heaps Simon
