> The council did some work outside me house and left dirt or concrete all over my recently painted fence. It hasn’t washed off in the rain so it maybe concrete. They have got it all over the bottom 1/3. I could only take 5 pictures so I couldn’t show everything. Already talked to the council and have job number 238626. Took photos to show what I am talking about ??
