> I regularly walk down Domain Terrace and there is often a car at 4a Domain Tce, which is parked in the driveway but totally blocking the footpath to pedestrians and also extends out onto the road. I am not sure what the rules are in regard to this, but it doesn't seem safe to me. It would be extremely difficult for mobility scooters and surely a safety concern with children having to walk onto the road to get around the protruding car. I am sure also the neighbours must have problems with visibility when backing out of their driveway.
