> poor road layout. clear line o sight caused by speed hump and vegetation. unable to see linw of bins on the other side this poses risk to all users. cyclists are unaware them being there. driver are unaware of them being there. upon collection rubbish truck will block the lane and speedhump making unsafe for all and putting cyclists at significant eisk. this issue would not occur if it was a separated cycle lane
