> Just wondered what the plans are to bring Westminster Street up to an acceptable standard? It has rounded gutters (very old), lichen covered pavement/guttering, weed growth, broken concrete ramps to houses, and the street still shows signs of EQ damage (lateral spread). I'd be keen to know when it will be repaired as a number of residents have asked me (as have some from streets close by).
