> stock water trough stop-valve not working. water permanently flowing into trough at a solid flow. must be leak in trough as not overflowing, but vegetation adjacent and downhill of trough is lush, while on uphill side vegetation is dry as a crisp! only 10-20m from Bridle path road. just up paddock from stock yards/holding pens.
