> the signs are not working. why don't you take the bins away while covid remains or tape them up. you shouldn't be expected to clear people's dog poo and that is all the bins are used for. they should take it home.even after this is all over the bins should be taken away because they will always be used for poo. wasting ratepayers money having to pick up poo
