> “Abandoned” red bin. Has been on footpath at either end of alleyway for five weeks. I live at the Ensign st end at it appeared outside the alleyway over a month ago. It was taken away for a day or two but I saw it being brought back through the alleyway two weeks ago. I brought it bAck to this end over a week ago. It is still there(as In photo). Full. Too revolting to look through!
