> Winchester road in Lyttelton has just been resurfaced however the finished surface is rough loose gravel. This is proving to be extremely dangerous for bike riding and walking and I have seen cars struggling to move out of their parking spot when they’re on a slight angle. Today my son had a terrible fall from his bike when coming to a stop at the intersection. Please can this road be surfaced in smooth asphalt.
