> Our next door neighbor has for years seriously neglected his property. There is a pile of what appears to be dumped materials that is piled up next to our fence. Whilst I do have an issue with the general look and neglect of the house, my main issue here is that the accumulated pile is unsecured and hazardous. Worst is a very heavy bath yup, unsecured that lingers above our fence line. I am concerned should there be an earthquake this pile of debris would easily smash through our fence and prove fatal to anyone of us on the other side. Particularly my 4yr old daughter. I have asked the neighbour to remove this mess but he is not willing to cooperate. I would be grateful if you could issue an order for the sake of our safety.
