> We have a reserve in front of our property Almost daily a four wheeler motor cycle races around making a track right in front of our property It is a great annoyance to us and we have already contacted the council who referred us to the police This too we have done a number of times with little result What have we to do now As a ratepayer we expect to live in peace in a respectable neighbourhood with a pleasant well maintained reserve on our boundary
