> Concrete curbing broken from intersection Rugby St and Papanui Road has been knocked all the way in the gutter to the lights Papanui Road and St Albans Street. I removed it from the gutter as an obstruction and dangerous. Please uplift ASAP as health and safety issue. Thank you. Sue
