> Orion have been installing new junction boxes along Memorial Ave. Apoear to have damaged submain in process. Footpath unsealed and a dangerous wet mess. Looks to have been like this for some time. Please inspect and arrange to be repaired. Will need to be dried out. Regards Andrew Stewart CCC Civil Engineer 0274 310723.
