> 2 DAWE STREET Bars of the rain water drain in the road gutter (that does not drain and both drain and gutter remain filled with now stagnant water) in front of 2 Dawe Street, are covered with a green slimy growth. Some kind of water life, possibly mosquito type larvae, can be seen in the water. We are concerned that this situation constitutes an environmental health hazard.
