> HPSNZ was a temporary building - the Chateau Drive Community which I represent are concerned that it has now become a permanent building which was never the intention. That aside the real issue is the noise /speeding ( at 5-6am) and parking in Chateau Drive to access this facility. This can’t continue as it is not an acceptable outcome for this residential area. We suggest that the users of the HPSNZ are instructed to use the parking at the pool or Ilam Road , alternatively we will have no choice but to escalate a proposal to close the facility .
