> A number of years ago the water meter that was located over boundary at 15 Bickerton Street was relocated out to the footpath on the street. The joint where the old meter was bypassed is now leaking and has undermined a trench back along the new water pipe to the footpath. Since the work that has failed was carried out by the CCC, I feel that there is an obligation on them to repair it. Please contact 027 272 7974 before accessing the property
