> this woke me up at 2am. sounded like a forest was coming down and they are mulching wood for hours in the early hours. I hot into my car at 3am to see what's happening apparently according to Tree Tech the council would allow this work to be done in day light hours due to traffic. double standard in regards to noise control and this road is four lanes. this work apparently is going to occur All Week. I've had no sleep, day one, please assist.
