> These metal plates have been left for over 12months with no further work being completed. They are an absolute hazard as this footpath is a main access for St Albans school and kids are regularly hitting the metal edge with scooters and falling off. The holes need to be filled and the metal plates removed ASAP. While the current roadworks is occurring at the Westminster st Cranford St intersection would be ideal.
