> Hi there, hope your day is going well. This report is an addition to report 1100425 sent last week regarding a burst pipe (or some such) causing the storm water drain to overflow from the next door apartments and drain via the gutter past our place. The reason I’m writing again is that water is also seeping under the footpath and running down the access ramp to our garage (no. 32). This started at the same time as the next door leak, but I’m becoming more concerned now since some very cold weather has been forecast this week and I’m worried the water might freeze which would make accessing the garage with cars very dangerous. For this reason I’m keen for something to be done urgently to stop the water from next door. Thankyou.
