> Dear council. We moved into pages road in 2017. The council owned road has always been unsealed and in poor condition even though the house we moved into has been there since the 80’s. The mud on the road becomes treacherous to negotiate in the wet and the water flows down under our driveway and has washed away soil, which now undermines the pile footings of the driveway. It is in an unacceptable condition, dangerous to drive on and now causing damage to our property. It’s not right that despite the amount of rates we pay, this road has never been sealed and drained properly. At the very least it should be sealed so we can access our house safely.
