> This has to be some of the worst roading in Christchurch. It is never fixed, and when you do spend the money fixing it it’s broken by the next day. It’s throwing $$$ down the drain for the ratepayers, and the residents who live there and have to deal with the mess every day of their lives, let alone the 1000s that drive on it every day.
