> the traffic light sequence at Hoon Hay/Lincoln Rd appears to have been altered giving less time to Hoon Hay Rd traffic. This is causing significant queues back as far as Lewis st northbound, even in light to moderate traffic when Lincoln road has minimal queues. Sometimes the Hoon Hay green light only lets 6 -10 cars through. Can it be extended a little?
