> For CTOC Men@Work sign blocking northbound cycle lane - plenty of space and good sight lines if placed next to lamppost on other side of footpath (and doesn't block cycle lane). SO WHY IS IT BLOCKING THE CYCLE LANE AND WHAT ACTION WILL CTOC TAKE TO PREVENT THIS OCCURRING AGAIN?????
