> The drain in the street outside 3 Cellars Way, Yaldhurst Christchurch is blocked again. I am having major problems with water lying at the back of my section. I have already lodged complaints and have heard nothing back. I have spoken with both neighbours and they say they are nor responsible . I have had two companies have a look at it and wonder if problem is because street drain is blocked that may be contributing to water not getting away.
