> These are photos of Ruskin Street Addington. Much of Ruskin Street gutters are full of dead leaves. Many workers cars park here during the day making cleaning difficult. However at night access is better. Possibly the Mobil gutter sweeper could be used. Also in the worst areas of Ruskin Street towards the Selwyn Street end have leaves piled up on the side-walk too. Needs a good inspection and a cleanup.
