> For CTOC Footpath diverted onto carriageway with no fence/barrier on traffic side, and obviously no lateral safety zone & no TSL (so 50 kph speed limit). Misleading "Extreme Care Cyclists Merging" sign also on site, as cyclists directed to use diverted footpath (via a very dodgy looking ramp), so don't need to merge with traffic (unless cyclists consider signed route unsuitable)
