> Hi, Someone has dumped 4 tyres at the South end of the Cockayne reserve near the old council rubbish bin. Please note this is not visible from the street. It is on the river side of the raised walkway. The second attached photo shows the location but looking back towards New Brighton Road. P.s I think the rubbish in this photographed bin might date back to pre earthquakes. It's kinda cool but perhaps could be emptied too. Thank you very much
