> y/day someone in a fluoro jacket, with a leafblower, cleared the stormwater drain outside nos 50, 52, 54 Mulgans track. He didn't clean the leaves from beneath the oak tree at the very top of Mulgans (I've now done so), but more importantly the drains below no 54 were not cleared and today remain blocked with leaves - see photos of the lower zigs & zags
