> Hi there is a lot of rubbish at North Beach and the bins are overflowing. Is it possible that the contractors you have for Brighton are not doing their job? When you compare the way Sumner is looked after vs North Brach and Brighton there is a very big gap in keeping it clear, the paths are full of sand and leaves, etc. it seems like the poorer at ease are less maintained. Please can you look into this further. Thank you.
