> Hello, is this advertising sign at Flat 1, 92 Rugby Street legal. The company does not operate from this address and refers to 'properties' for rent rather than this particular one which is currently empty. The sign has been there for several years and is never taken down even when the flat is occupied. My retired friend lives up the same drive and has had people coming up the drive saying they are looking for properties to rent which is a security risk. The sign measures 82cm wide x 61cm high.
