> The man hole cover is broken and not fixed down therefore every time a vehicle drives over it, it makes a loud noise ( doonk doonk). This is very disturbing for our workplace. Even members of the public have been surprised by how loud the noise is in our office. It was identified as being broken some months ago and we were advised it would be fixed but we are still waiting and we would appreciate if this could be attended to.
