> For CTOC Yet another Fulton Hogan sign for North Frame Ped Bridge on footpath without required cone on Ped side. Used to be one there some weeks ago but not now - obviously not part of site inspection by Fulton Hogan STMS??? Or is it just that Fulton Hogan don't care about pedestrian safety???
